motorcycle throttle too sensitive

Honda CG-125 1999. here is what i got: Electraeon Fast Throttle Cam for Ducati motorcycles. #3- The Scout throttle isn't twitchy per se, but it is sensitive. Took 10 seconds and reduced my throttle by by about a quarter. I will definitely look into adjusting the carb but there only appears to be an idle speed screw, no mixture screws? You would need to start with a new piece of material though, and as they would need to not narrow as fast.
